Coronavirus Update
The time has finally come where step 4 is being actioned as part of the governments roadmap out of lockdown on 19.07.21. We thought we would just post a little update to let you all know what this means if you are visiting the hotel this summer.
Face coverings/masks in any setting are no longer required to be worn and we will be implementing this around the hotel. However should you feel you would like to wear one whist in the hotel you are more than welcome to keep doing so, this will not be discouraged. There are some busy periods in the hotel where you might feel more comfortable wearing one, eg breakfast service or check in, again you are more that welcome to do so.
We will be keeping our clear screen up at reception in the interest of safety for you and our staff and hand sanitizer will still be readily available throughout the hotel should you require it.
All restrictions regarding our bar service will also be lifted meaning it will no longer be table service only and ordering at the bar will be encouraged. Should you still require table service however just advise our friendly team and we will happily oblige.
Unfortunately we will still not be offering dinner service here at the hotel due to the loss of our chef throughout lockdown. Guests are still more than welcome to order food into the hotel and eat in our Welland suite/lounge should they require. We will also be keeping our microwave station active in the boardroom should any guests want to use this.
If you have any questions or concerns about this update and what it means for your stay with us, then please feel free to contact our friendly reception team and we will do all we can to help you. We look forward to welcoming you for what looks like a more ‘normal’ summer this year.
